Our engineers will conduct an on-site equipment assessment, which is a mandatory requirement for all service and warranty agreements. If any repairs are needed before the warranty terms are finalized, we will provide a written quotation for approval. Please note that a Pre-Warranty Inspection does not guarantee a warranty. 

Note: Before placing a machine under a service contract, a deposit of £125 must be paid.
