Sanremo mixed water is a feature on some Sanremo coffee machines that mixes hot and cold water for better quality coffee.

How it works:

• The machine mixes cold and hot water to create preheated water for each group.
• The water is mixed instantly, which improves the chemical and organoleptic (refers to sensory properties such as taste, aroma, and texture) quality of the coffee.

The Sanremo Mixed Water works well with the Sanremo D8. This machine has a mixed/fresh water function that can be added as an option. It also has single boiler technology, an insulated stainless steel boiler, and temperature control for boilers and groups.
